- How quickly can we start selling our cards?
A: Typically, we can ship your custom cards
in 10 to 25 days after we receive your paperwork.
Why delay, call now at 1-316-253-9477.
- Do
we have to pay for the cards up front?
A: Many of our groups prepay in full or utilize our 1/3 deposit program
and earn additional bonus incentives. We encourage you to do what is best based on your needs. Most qualified
schools, churches, YMCA's, Rec. Leagues etc. are not required to prepay as this gives you an opportunity to
improve your cash flow by selling some cards first.
- Most of the food type
of fundraisers we have used in the past have only returned 25-50% with a few even worse, can we expect to make more money
with your program?
A: Our average return with all discounts, bonuses and incentives mid-way thru 2007 was 64%. A
few groups earned the base rate of 50% with many earning upwards of 70-85% and a select few even higher!! Your total
return/profit is based on volume, bonus level and how long you have been a customer. Currently
we are offering a special "New Group" bonus plan providing additional profits. Be sure to take advantage of
this timely offer!
- Do we have to contact all of the businesses who advertise
on the card?
A: Our staff will contact all of the merchants as well as design and produce your card. Our program
is a complete turn-key service, we do however seek your input on who you would like to have on your card.
- We have a small group of 40 students, how many cards should we order?
A: Most
High School and Middle School groups average 14 to 18 cards sold per student. We have had many students who have
sold well over 100 cards each per campaign! We also had a High School Choral group of 60 members touring Europe which averaged
38 cards per student! Using your example, I might suggest ordering the base 500 cards to start and reorder as you go.
- Do you have a quick turnaround for ordering additional cards?
A: Yes, on
reorders we can usually ship within 72 hours if the reorder is received on a business day (Mon. thru Wed.).
- Some groups in our area have sold the cards in the fall and then sold them again in the spring
and some groups have offered them January - December (a year long card). What do you recommend and why?
A: The
majority of our groups (77%) have ongoing needs for funding and these groups sell cards twice each year on what we call a
rolling six month cycle. This sales period usually works quite well with the academic year (Fall-Spring). We will however
allow you to make that choice which best suits your needs. We have groups starting sales campaigns at every time of the year
so really any time is as good as any other to start your program. The key to any successfull card is
not the duration but the strength of the offers. We pride ourselves in working with merchants to obtain the best offers
possible for your group. Great values are what sell cards not expiration dates.
- Why
does this method of fund-raising work so well?
A: It works well for all parties involved, great values for the
card purchasers, outstanding advertising for the community businesses and a fantastic return and profit for your youth organization.
A Win-Win-Win result for all! Compared to most other fundraisers our program is highly profitable. After all the whole idea
is raising money for your group!
- Does the company offer a prize or gift program
for larger school clubs or entire junior class sized groups?
A: Yes, we have a prize and incentive plan which has
proved to be popular with students and helps to provide motivation and excitment designed to increase overall sales to your
club/school/church. This plan is provided free of charge for groups with sales starting at only 1000 cards.
- So how long have you been in business and how and why did you get into fundraising?
A:
I started this business with my wife (an Art Teacher) in 1996. We had twin daughters who were cheerleaders and a son who was
active in sports so we felt qualified to understand the dilemma of fundraising from a parent perspective. It has been a joy
to work with educators, music directors, coaches, youth sponsors, pastors and business managers/owners. Some of the most inspiring
people we have met through this endeavor have been those who work on a daily basis developing and reaching out to young people.
